Dairymaster are currently recruiting for: Technical Coordinator – Service

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly work schedules for the Service teams
• Assign daily service calls for breakdown/repair/service for the Service teams
• Receive and log customer calls and re direct to the Service Technician or Dealer
• Work pro- actively at building relationships with Dealers/Customers to generate extra business
• Where appropriate initiate sales enquiries and forward to Sales team.
• Dealing with customers on site in the shop at Dairymaster head quarters
• Ensure complete Customer satisfaction with a prompt response & solution to their queries/issues
• Overseeing maintenance and upkeep of Company vehicles, maintain service logs, NCT compliance & review daily vehicle lists & take corrective action if required.
• Booking hotels and travel as necessary for away jobs (domestic & foreign).
• Flexibility with working hours & working locations and available for overtime / Saturday work /call out rota when/if required.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Technical Certificate / Diploma desirable.
• Attention to detail & accuracy essential
• Be Computer Literate- have a very good knowledge of Excel.
• Experience of Internal CRM & SAP systems an advantage (training provided if required)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Be well organised and capable of working well under pressure when required.
• Be confident, work well on own initiative as well as being a very good team player.
• Be proactive and can multi-task and prioritise
