Location: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

Role

• We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Media Engineer to work in a fast-paced environment who wants to advance and develop their existing skills by working with experienced staff on a range of projects across media and platforms.
• You will work closely with the marketing team to maintain and build the Dairymaster brand worldwide.
• The role involves the creation of videos, photography, video interviews, sound production, motion graphics, website and online material and much more.
• Other duties as needed and assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience with video production in a variety of areas: Pre-production, production & post-production of video content for Marketing, customer testimonials, explainer, product, event and training video.
• Be responsible for end-to-end video process from concept to delivery for each project.
• Proven aptitude for design and creating original material.
• Knowledge and experience of video production (pre-planning, execution and post production for Marketing, testimonial, explainer & training).
• Photography skills (Product, Event, Editorial, Portrait, Studio).
• Ability to conduct video interviews with customers and industry experts.
• Experience with sound recording & post production, mainly for video interviews.
• The ability to create motion graphics & animation.
• Copy & editorial writing skills.
• Script writing & video voice-over recording (narration) experience is desired.
• Experience with radio advertising design & production.
• Knowledge and experience of digital marketing & social media (YouTube, Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok campaign design, promotion and analysis.).
• Willing to travel for International assignments.
• Ability to work on multi lingual projects & subtitles.
• Good knowledge of websites and CMS.
• Advanced knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless workflow.
• Advanced competency in relevant professional Adobe and Apple applications using Apple iOS.
• Ability to data wrangle and take care of large volumes of media, import and organise footage on a regular basis.
• High attention to detail.
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm – to be a proactive member of the team.
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Ability to prioritise own workload and work to exacting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Professional and mature attitude to work.
• Focused on keeping knowledge up to date with new software, production & post-production techniques.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the industry.

Viewing of a portfolio either online or soft copy is desirable.
