Dairymaster are currently recruiting for: Regional Sales Managers (UK) with Agricultural/Engineering sales background

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Territory in the UK to be agreed / allocated

Role

• Proactively generate new sales opportunities for the company.
• Manage existing relationships with Dealers and Customers.
• Develop Sales Channels/Dealer Network.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Close sales leads generated from marketing efforts.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Give presentations to potential customers and dealers.
• Understand the issues on the farm and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate potential distributor & customer sales visits.
• Attend trade shows and agricultural events when required
• Maintain up to date database of all leads and clients for your Region, use qualification criteria to rank opportunity and sales potential.

Requirements:

We are particularly seeking people who possess the following attributes:

• Agricultural or Engineering qualification desirable (ag. engineering/ag. science an advantage).
• Strong knowledge and min. 3 year’s experience of dairy farming / industry essential.
• Experience working with dealers and distributors in the agricultural field.
• Ability to read, understand and give instructions for technical drawings.
• The ability to understand and give advice on building layout and design.
• Must be PC literate: Efficient in use of MS Office packages, particularly Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
• Travel required within assigned Territory to meet end users and agents on a continuous basis.
• Full Clean Drivers Licence.

Viewing of a portfolio either online or soft copy is desirable.
