Dairymaster are currently recruiting for: IT Support Engineers

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

Role

The role involves supporting and training customers in Dairymaster’s state of the art dairy systems as well as working with staff on internal IT matters.

Requirements:

• Relevant IT/engineering qualification with excellent computer skills.
• Focused and results driven.
• Good technical support skills for both internal and external communications.
• Preferably have an aptitude for training others.
• Good server administration skills.
• Knowledge of networking, SQL server, web etc.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases and reporting tools
• Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and mature attitude to work.
• Proactive, ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Willing to take on responsibility and complete tasks quickly.
• Knowledge of programming in C or C# would be an advantage.
