Dairymaster are currently recruiting for: Process/Production Engineers

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

Role

The role will involve the following:

• Responsibility for production processes and procedures.
• Ensure that all resources are adequate to meet demand and strive for continuous productivity and quality improvements.
• Work with manufacturing and design engineers in the development and improvements to the existing production process.
• Test and document production equipment changes and improvements.
• Plan and execute production scheduling and production runs.
• Manage and control monthly inventory.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of manufacturing and production processes and concepts.
• A qualification in a relevant engineering discipline, such as manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
• Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles.
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Logically and technically minded, with excellent organizational and personal management.
• Professional and mature attitude to work, able to work in a highly flexible team environment.
