Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

Role

• We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced graphic & digital designer to work in a fast-paced environment who wants to advance and develop their existing skills by working with experienced staff on a range of projects across media and platforms.
• You will work closely with the marketing team to maintain and build the Dairymaster brand.
• The role involves the creation of brochures, advertising, website and online material, signage, exhibition displays, vehicle signwriting, presentations and much more.
• Plan, develop, implement, manage and control of SEO, content management systems and marketing automation tools.
• Other duties as needed and assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven aptitude for design and creating original material using all elements of Graphic Design.
• Advanced knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
• Generating ideas and selling them to the team.
• The ability to successfully maintain and grow the Dairymaster brand both in Ireland and globally through graphic design creativity.
• Design innovative digital campaign elements such as landing pages and banner adverts.
• High proficiency in SEO optimisation and experience with managing web content management systems and marketing automation programmes.
• Knowledge of video editing/creation would be an advantage (skills may include: Photography, Videography, Motion, FinalCut Pro, Adobe After Effects)
• Good knowledge of the print industry and current print processes.
• High attention to detail.
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm – to be a proactive member of the team.
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Ability to prioritise own workload and work to exacting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Professional and mature attitude to work.
• Proactive, ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Willing to take on responsibility and complete tasks quickly.
• Focused on keeping their knowledge up to date.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the industry.

Viewing of a portfolio either online or soft copy is desirable.
