Location: Dairymaster (UK) Ltd., Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, United Kingdom

Role

• Organise, plan and manage the day to day operation of the warehouse.
• Deliver the highest standard of service to customers.
• Responsibility for all goods in and goods out of the warehouse.
• Admin duties ensuring accurate logging of stock / returns
• Ensure that goods are stored and organised in a manner that allows for efficient and safe operation of the warehouse.
• Working with the quality control department to develop goods receipt quality inspections.
• Customer Service duties including customer relations, new sales enquiries, order processing and problem solving.
• Ensure that the Company’s high standards of Health & Safety are maintained.
• Ensure goods are dispatched/ received on time.
• Implement continuous improvement of all warehouse operations.
• Tidiness & good housekeeping at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, knowledge of SAP will be an advantage but full training will be given.
• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
• FLT Counterbalance is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office packages Outlook / Word / Excel
• Passion for the role.
• The right candidate will maintain high pick accuracy, have confidence on the phone and be PC literate. The ability to self-motivate is a must, the role will involve periods of working alone.
• Licence/Certification: Counterbalance License (preferred)
