Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

Role

• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement the digital marketing strategy across all channels and products.
• Execute the Dairymaster online marketing plan with measurable goals and objectives to drive customer acquisition.
• You will be the lead specialist in Digital Marketing and be focused on keeping your knowledge up to date.
• Drive the execution of customer acquisition and conversion through email marketing.
• Drive the implementation of marketing initiatives as needed; such as SEO, digital partnerships, Google AdWords, paid advertising, subscriber acquisition and consumer communications and so on.
• Social Media knowledge and experience (YouTube, Facebook, Google, Twitter and LinkedIn campaign design, promotion and analysis.).
• Work with an internal CRM group to devise effective metrics for tracking through the CRM.
• Provide detailed measurement and reporting of impact of campaigns on traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue, identifying and recommending changes where relevant to increase leads, reduce overall acquisition costs and maximise ROI.
• Other support activities for the marketing department as and when required.
• Website optimisation skills an advantage.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in digital marketing
• Exceptional communicational skills to work within the team are a must.
• English language proficiency required, written and verbal. Other languages an advantage.
• Professional and mature attitude to work.
• Focused on keeping their knowledge up to date.
• Proven creative and leading-edge original content creation is required
• Ability to understand social media trends and create innovative content to suit the business.
• Availability to work flexible working hours
• Willing to travel for National and International assignments.
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm – to be a proactive member of the team.
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.

Viewing of a portfolio either online or soft copy is desirable.
