General Operative/Rigid Truck Driver

Dairymaster are currently recruiting for: General Operative/Rigid Truck Driver

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

    • Transporting equipment/material to customer sites.
    • Operate remote-control truck mounted crane for loading and unloading of product / material.
    • Work at Dairymaster headquarters or customer sites throughout the country.
    • Travel outside the country may also be required from time to time.
    • Be flexible and willing to work varied general operator roles in different sections of the plant if required.
    • Where possible work at installing the equipment / machines at the customer site when/if required after deliveries.
    • Be flexible to work overtime / shift / weekends if required.
    • Background or interest in engineering, agriculture and/or in the dairy industry desirable.
    • Have the ability to work and liaise with all staff and supervisors.
    • Where appropriate initiate sales enquiries and forward to sales team.
    • Follow all safety rules and practices at all times.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

      • Full Clean Irish Driving Licence (C).
      • Valid and working Digi card.
      • Up to date with all CPC modules.
      • Experience of using high – ab an advantage
