Dairymaster are currently recruiting for: Technical Support Engineers (UK)

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

Role

• To provide technical support to customers and dealers regarding our range of products, make on site calls or where possible support via e-mail or telephone.
• To provide assistance to the UK market in all aspects of installations, commissioning and training across all Dairymaster products.
• Build relationships with dealers and customers by way of on-farm visits.
• To liaise with dealers and to improve the product to meet the market demands.
• Support the set- up of Dairymaster stands at shows and trade fairs and be in attendance on the day/s when required.

Requirements:

• It is essential to be fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking)
• Knowledge of Dairy Industry is essential.
• Experience in similar role for a minimum of 2 years is an advantage.
• Experience in a similar role or knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems will be a distinct advantage.
• Be flexible and willing to travel and support call out service.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have the ability to solve technical problems quickly and within time constraints.
• Have the ability to work and liaise with local dealers/ distributors.
• Be highly detail orientated.
• Be well organised and work well under pressure.
• Be confident and work from own initiative as well as being a team player.
• Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
