Sales/Customer Technical Support (UK)

Dairymaster are currently recruiting for: Sales/Customer Technical Support

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Dairymaster (UK) Ltd., Buntsford Hill Business Park, Buntsford Park Road, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 3DX, UK.
Reporting to: National Sales & Marketing Manager UK

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Together with the National Sales & Marketing Manager UK, assist with general marcom communications and dealer follow up.
  • Fully utilise skills and abilities to support the daily activities of Dairymaster sales people.
  • Help support the technical requirements of in-field and in-person training needs of Dairymaster dealers and customers.
  • Support Technical with warranty/credit processing and help implement a system of ‘best practice’ to ensure higher than industry average turn-around times.
  • Assist in delivering warehouse support to ensure timely processing of goods in/out.
    Support the Sales Managers with follow up calls to end users as and when requested.
  • Ensure all enquires are logged and brochure packs are sent to prospective customers in a timely manner.

Training Materials Development

  • Independently lead Dairymaster learning solutions through TLC – Training Life Cycle: Needs Analysis, Mapping, Design, Development and Delivery.
  • Develop training solutions for dealer employees, dealers, and end customers to fully utilize the Dairymaster in-house InfoPoint system.
  • Develop training materials for different training methods: ILT – Instructor Led-Training courses, e-Learning offerings and on-line synchronized training around order processing, warranty processing and general information access on and around the InfoPoint system.

Position Location and Travel

  • The position is office based at our Bromsgrove UK Head Office.
  • You will be expected to attend the Dairymaster Global HQ in Ireland when required as well as some extended UK travel for Quarterly team meetings.
  • A maximum of 40% (2 working days/nights/week) may be spent in the field.


  • Minimum of 3 years warehousing and distribution experience.
  • Logistical and LEAN manufacturing experience is desirable.
  • Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
