Dairymaster FeedRite in parlour feeders are a very precise and convenient way to feed cows in the parlour. Scientific trials have also shown higher levels of oxytocin are present when cows are fed during milking.

The feeder control unit is digital and controls up to 40 feed dispensing points. The operator may select feeds on an individual or batch basis and the system also incorporates the Dairymaster colour coded feed system which is a very fast and visual way of individually feeding concentrates. Feed to yield, body weight or stage of lactation?

In more automated parlours the control can be connected to the parlour management system with just two wires utilizing its inbuilt high speed communications interface. Interfacing with the Milk Manager Software offers many advantages as feeds may be calculated easily and dispensed automatically. Feed amounts may be calculated based on user defined feed levels, feeding to yield, body weights or stage in lactation.
